Signing in
Sign in with the one-time link Clockspot sends to your email, without creating, remembering, or resetting a password.
Signing in
Clockspot doesn't use passwords. Enter the email address your workspace uses for you, and we send you a one-time sign-in link. Open the email and click the link — you're in.
The link signs in the browser you open it in, so request it on the device you want to use.
Older Clockspot.app or Clockapp.com accounts
This page is for the new Clockspot.com app. Older Clockspot accounts use different login pages:
- If your company address ends in
.clockspot.app, use Clockspot.app and Clockspot.com. - If your company address ends in
.clockapp.com, use Clockapp.com and Clockspot.com.
Those older accounts are separate from the new Clockspot.com app. A sign-in link for Clockspot.com will not open a Clockspot.app or Clockapp.com account.
If the link doesn't arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the same email your workspace invited you with.
- Each new link replaces the last one, so use the most recent email.
If you still can't get in, ask your workspace administrator to confirm your email, or contact us.
Common questions
- I didn't get the sign-in email.
Check spam, confirm you used the email your workspace invited, and request a new link. The newest email is the one that works.
- The link says it expired.
Sign-in links are single-use and time-limited for security. Request a fresh one from the sign-in page.
- I used to sign in at Clockspot.app or Clockapp.com.
Use your company-specific older-app address instead. Clockspot.app and Clockapp.com accounts are separate from the new Clockspot.com app.
