Find the employees who never submitted
The queue splits the period into what is waiting on your review, who never submitted, and what is already done, so nobody is quietly missed.
Time card approvals
See who has submitted, who still has not, and the recorded hours behind each pay period. Approve everyone who is ready in one pass, or send a period back with a note about what to fix.

Stayed late Thursday to finish the Harbor Mall walkthrough.
Each card shows the entries, hours worked, breaks, and any note the employee left, so you are not approving a number you cannot check.
Select the employees whose periods are complete and approve them in a single pass instead of one card at a time.
Approval status on your reports
Clockspot reports carry an approval banner that counts how many employees have approval for the period, and names the ones who do not along with what is holding each of them up.
Corrections
Jul 24 is missing a clock-out. Send an edit request with your clock-out time.
Reject the submission and your note travels with it, so the employee knows exactly which day needs a correction.
Nobody can edit an approved period, not even an Administrator. Cancel the approval first, correct the entries, and approve it again.
An edit request shows the recorded time next to the time the employee is asking for, so you can compare the two and decide.

Common questions
No. The Not submitted view shows employees without a submission for the selected period, and a manager can approve the recorded time directly as long as every entry in that period is clocked out. An Administrator limited to assigned employees sees and approves only those employees.
See manager permissionsNo. The employee card identifies open entries, and Clockspot requires those entries to be clocked out before the timesheet can be approved.
Yes. The Timesheet Audit report records each edit with the values before and after the change, who made it, and whether it came from an approved edit request.
Hours reports carry a Timesheet approval banner that says how many employees have approval for the period and lists the ones who do not, with a link straight to the approvals queue.
See what still needs attention, open the recorded hours behind any time card, and approve the finished ones before payroll.
