Employee time clock kiosk

Turn one shared device into an employee time clock.

Employees find their name on the shared screen, confirm with a private six-digit PIN, and hand the screen to the next person. Every punch becomes a normal time entry, ready for your review.

Employees find their name on the shared screen

The roster shows only the people allowed on that kiosk, and a big crew gets a search box so nobody scrolls through the whole company.

A private six-digit PIN confirms each punch

Nobody signs in or out of an account on the shared device. The PIN belongs to one employee, and a wrong entry just asks again.

Breaks and jobs stay on the time entry

Employees can start or end a break and pick a job when you require one, and each choice is saved with their hours.

After the punch

Every kiosk punch is ready for your review.

See who is clocked in or on a break right now and the job on each open entry. Kiosk punches become normal time entries in the same timesheets as every other clock-in, so you review, approve, and export them once, with an optional photo on each punch when you turn that on.

Common questions

Get answers before you set up a kiosk.

  • Six-digit employee PINs
  • One-time pairing codes
  • Optional photo capture
Do employees need their own phones?

No. Employees use the shared tablet or computer and confirm each clock action with their own six-digit kiosk PIN. Nobody signs in to a personal account on the shared device.

What exactly does photo capture record?

Photo capture is off unless you turn it on for a kiosk. When it is on, the kiosk takes one photo at clock-in and one at clock-out and stores each with that time entry for Administrators to review. Nothing records between punches, and a camera problem never blocks the employee from recording time.

What if the kiosk tablet is lost or stolen?

Archive the kiosk and that device stops working the next time it connects; it falls back to a setup screen that needs a fresh code from your account. Each PIN stays private to its employee.

Where do kiosk clock-ins appear?

Kiosk clock-ins become time entries managers can review and approve with the rest of the workweek before payroll reporting or export.

Ready to clock in employees from one shared screen?

Connect a tablet or computer, set up employee PINs, and keep every clock action ready for review.
