Who's Working
Open Who’s Working and see everyone working, on a break, scheduled to start, on time off, or off duty, with the job and Work Site beside each name. Late starts and unscheduled shifts are flagged as they happen.

Each row shows when they clocked in, how long they have been on, and the break they are on if any.
The shift start sits beside each name, and a late start is flagged the minute it happens.

More on mobile clock-inSomeone is on the clock with no published shift covering the time. If you would rather prevent that than see it, the schedule restriction can block unscheduled clock-ins.
More on time clock rulesThe attributed Work Site appears on the row when the clock-in carries one. GPS coordinates are recorded only when an employee clocks from their own account with location sharing turned on.
How GPS verification worksAdministrators and the Owner. Employees see their own time and schedule, not a roster of everyone else’s status. An Administrator limited to assigned employees sees only those employees.
See manager permissionsInvite your employees, let them clock in from a phone, kiosk, or landline, and Who’s Working fills in on its own.
