Clocking approvals
Drop a pin on the Work Site and set its radius. A clock event inside the circle verifies that GPS approval and can establish the site when it fits the selected job.
If GPS is not reliable indoors, approve the office IP network or a specific browser and optionally associate that approval with the Work Site.

A geofencing time clock compares an employee’s event coordinates with a GPS area configured for a Work Site. Clockspot can also verify clock-ins through separate approved IP-network, browser, or phone-caller-ID records.
Yes. Choose Block clock-in to refuse a web clock-in when no approved GPS area, network, or browser matches. A matching network or browser still verifies the event even when GPS does not. Clock-out is never blocked, and phone clocking is controlled separately.
A Work Site can have one or more GPS areas. Approved IP networks, browsers, and phone caller IDs are separate clocking approvals that can optionally be associated with the same Work Site.
You pick what happens: Clockspot lets the clock-in through, records it with a warning for review, or refuses it. The policy applies when at least one clocking approval applies to the event and the event does not satisfy it.
