What employee time reports does Clockspot include?
Clockspot includes reports for attendance, schedules, hours, overtime, breaks, time off, payroll review, jobs, labor cost, work sites, verification, and recorded changes. The Reports directory groups them by Time, Payroll & Costing, and Locations.
How do I know which report to open?
Open Find a report by question in the Reports directory. Choose a question such as what needs attention today, how scheduled time compared with worked time, or where labor cost went. Clockspot shows the best report and related views.
Can I export a Clockspot report?
Yes. Reports can be downloaded as CSV or Excel, and reports with a printable layout can also be exported as PDF. Available formats appear in the Export menu for that report.
Can Clockspot email reports automatically?
Yes. Create a Scheduled Report, choose a report or saved payroll export, and set a daily, weekly, every other week, or monthly delivery schedule.
