Getting started
Accepting your invitation
Open your invite, confirm it in Clockspot, and join without creating a password.
Joining from your invite
Your administrator invites you to Clockspot by email.
- Open the message titled You've been invited to join [your workspace] and press Accept Invitation.
- On the Clockspot page, press Accept invitation.
Clockspot then signs you in and takes you straight into your workspace, with no password to create. From there, open the Clock page to clock in for your first shift.
When you come back later, sign in with a one-time link sent to your email.
If the invite has expired
Invites last 7 days and can be used once. If yours has expired you'll see This invite expired — ask whoever invited you to send a new one.
Common questions
- I didn't get an invite email.
Check your spam folder, and confirm with your administrator that they sent it to the right address.
- The link says my invite expired.
Invites last 7 days and are single-use. Ask your administrator to send a fresh one.
