We checked the pay-transparency salary-range disclosure helper against data.ts, unit tests, the public methodology page, and the finalized research:pay-transparency-laws-by-state state-by-state table (51 jurisdictions). Every state constant was copied from that table; high-impact contexts (CA, CO, NY, CT, RI, DC, ME, VA, DE, WA, TX, OR) were verified claim-by-claim. No invented statutes.
Verification result: checked claims are verified for publication. Scope caveats: city ordinances are notes-only; helper does not generate dollar bands or pay-data reporting filings; effective-date logic uses DEFAULT_AS_OF = 2026-07-25.
