Who counts toward pricing?

Your USD 25 monthly minimum includes the owner account and 1 employee. Each additional employee is USD 6 per month. People who only administer the account are included at no extra cost. When you remove an employee, they stop counting toward your monthly price.

What happens after the free trial?

Add a payment method before the trial ends to continue using Clockspot. Without one, the workspace becomes read-only after the trial; you can still view and export records.

How does cancellation work?

Owners can choose Cancel subscription in Subscription & Billing. Review the access end date before confirming. Cancellation stops future renewals; records remain available to view and export afterward.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Email is all you need to get started.

How long does setup take?

Sign up takes 1 minute. Invite your employees by email. They can use it right away.
