Move your account to the new Clockspot
Preview what will move from your Clockapp.com account, see what starts fresh, and import your active setup into a new Clockspot workspace with a 30-day free trial.

- If your business uses Clockapp.com, you can move to the new Clockspot without setting everything up again. Clockspot checks the active users, job codes, clockspots, and absence balances in your current account, shows you what will move and what will start fresh, and imports only when you approve. Your Clockapp.com account stays open the whole time, so you can take a look and decide later. Only the administrator who created the account can start the move. When your account is ready, a card like this appears beside the calendar on your Timesheet page. To start, choose See what’s new.

- See what’s new opens the New Clockspot page, which is also listed under Settings. It explains what is different and answers the questions owners ask before deciding. At the bottom, choose Open my private preview to see your own account.
- 0:53Know what moves and what starts fresh
- Clockspot opens a private preview of your account. This page is read-only. Nothing has moved yet, and the link expires on its own after thirty minutes. The top shows which account this preview is for and that it is ready to import. If something must be fixed first, this badge shows it, and you cannot import until it is fixed. These four counts are the active users, job codes, clockspots, and absence types that will move. The new Clockspot calls them employees, jobs, clock locations, and time-off types. Below them, Review these settings lists what will change or start fresh. Here, two job codes share a name, so the second will include its code and both stay distinct, and pay rates are not imported, so you enter them after the move.

- When you are ready, choose Import and start 30-day trial. Clockspot creates your new workspace, your company's account in the new Clockspot, from the active setup above. It signs you in and starts your free trial. Your Clockapp.com account and its history stay exactly as they were. The page lists what to check next: employee names, roles, and pay details; jobs, clock locations, balances, and policies; then a test with one manager or employee before you invite the rest of your team. Choose Open imported workspace.
- 2:14Your people, jobs, and clockspots are already in place
- This is your new Clockspot workspace, signed in as the owner. Your business name and time zone are already set. To see the imported users, select Manage employees and invitations. Everyone active in your Clockapp.com account is listed with the same roles: the owner, an administrator, and the employees. To check jobs, open Settings from the menu on the left, then Jobs. Every active job code is here as a job, with its code and phone code. The duplicate name from the preview now includes its code, so the two stay distinct. Back in Settings, Phone Clocking shows the office phone number from your clockspots as an approved phone number. Pay rates do not move, so enter them under Employee Pay before your first payroll.

- Your setup is already in place: your people, your jobs, and your clockspots. Invite your team when you are ready. Until then, your Clockapp.com account stays open and works as before.

谁可以开始迁移
只有创建 Clockapp.com 账户的管理员。当你的账户可以迁移时，登录后 Timesheet（工时表）页面的日历旁会出现 New Clockspot（新版 Clockspot）卡片，Settings › My subscription（设置 › 我的订阅）页面顶部也有同样的卡片。
预览你的账户
- 以该管理员身份登录公司在 Clockapp.com 上的地址。
- 在卡片上选择 See what's new（查看新功能），或打开 Settings，再选择 New Clockspot。
- 在页面底部选择 Open my private preview（打开我的私密预览）。
Clockspot 会打开你账户的私密预览。预览是只读的：目前什么都还没有迁移，私密链接会在 30 分钟后自动失效。页面顶部会显示预览对应的账户，以及是否可以导入。如果需要先在 Clockapp.com 中修正某些内容，页面会说明，修正之前无法导入。
四个数字分别是将要迁移的在用用户、工作代码、clockspot 和缺勤类型。新版 Clockspot 称它们为员工、工作项目、打卡地点和休假类型。Review these settings in your new workspace（在新工作区检查这些设置）列出会改变或需要重新设置的内容，例如：
- 两个同名的工作代码，会通过给其中一个加上代码来区分。
- 薪资费率不会导入，因为 Clockapp.com 没有发薪周期。导入后请在员工薪资中输入每个人的薪资。
- 电话和打卡机 PIN 会出于安全原因重置。
- 用来识别特定电脑的 clockspot 不会迁移；请在新工作区重新批准那些浏览器。
过去的工时表、薪资历史记录、消息、文件、计时器和停用的用户都会留在 Clockapp.com。
导入你的设置
选择 Import and start 30-day trial（导入并开始 30 天试用）。Clockspot 会根据预览中显示的使用中设置创建你的新工作区，也就是公司在新版 Clockspot 中的账户，然后以所有者身份让你登录，并开始 30 天免费试用。你的 Clockapp.com 账户及其历史记录保持原样。
页面接着会列出下一步要检查的内容。选择 Open imported workspace（打开已导入的工作区）进入新工作区。
检查导入的设置
- 公司名称和时区已经设置好。
- 员工列出 Clockapp.com 账户中所有在用人员，角色保持不变：所有者、管理员和员工。
- 工作项目把每个工作代码显示为一个工作项目，包含代码和电话代码。
- 电话打卡把你的电话号码 clockspot 列为已批准的电话号码，打卡验证把你的网络 clockspot 列为已批准的网络连接。
- 员工薪资是输入每个人薪资类型和费率的地方，这些不会迁移。
密码、PIN 和设备批准在新工作区中重新开始。准备好后，邀请你的员工，让他们可以登录。在此之前，你的 Clockapp.com 账户保持开放，照常使用。
常见问题
- 我必须迁移吗？
不必。Clockapp.com 会继续使用，除非你决定导入，否则什么都不会改变。预览可以随时反复打开。
- 导入后我的 Clockapp.com 账户会怎样？
它会连同历史记录一起保持开放，因此在团队切换期间可以两边同时使用。
- 会联系我的员工吗？
预览和导入都不会。只有当你从新工作区邀请员工时，他们才会收到 Clockspot 的通知。
- 可以导入两次吗？
不可以。导入后如果再次选择 Open my private preview，Clockspot 会让你重新登录已创建的工作区，而不会再导入一次。
