Every employee that clocks in using our toll-free number is automatically assigned a Phone User ID, and must choose a PIN number in order to clock in by phone.
How to edit your own PIN:
To edit your own PIN number, go to My profile (on the left menu, click your name at the bottom, then click “My profile”), then scroll to the bottom where it says “Change PIN”. You must first confirm your current PIN, then enter the new PIN.
How to edit an employee’s PIN:
To edit another employee’s PIN, go to Users > Choose a user > Profile tab (the default tab). Scroll to the bottom where it says “Change PIN”.
If you don’t see the option to change PIN, make sure phone clocking is enabled. If you are a manager trying to change an employee’s PIN, make sure you have permissions to edit their profile.
