Move your account to the new Clockspot
Preview what will move from your clockspot.app account, see what starts fresh, and import your active setup into a new Clockspot workspace with a 30-day free trial.

- If your business uses clockspot.app, you can move to the new Clockspot without setting everything up again. Clockspot checks the active employees, jobs, clock locations, pay details, and time-off balances in your current account, shows you what will move and what will start fresh, and imports only when you approve. Your current account stays open the whole time, so you can take a look and decide later. Only the account owner can start the move. When your account is ready, a notice like this appears when you sign in. To start, open Billing from the menu on the left.

- At the bottom of the Billing page, the same notice has one more button. See what’s new opens a page about the new Clockspot and what is different. Choose See what would move to see your own account.

- Clockspot opens a private preview of your account. This page is read-only. Nothing has moved yet, and the link expires on its own after thirty minutes. The top shows which account this preview is for and that it is ready to import. If something must be fixed first, this badge shows it, and you cannot import until it is fixed. These four counts are the active employees, jobs, clock locations, and time-off types that will move. Below them, Review these settings lists what will change or start fresh. Here, a duplicate job name will include its job code so both jobs stay distinct, approved browsers will need approval again, and phone and kiosk PINs are reset for security.

- When you are ready, choose Import and start 30-day trial. Clockspot creates your new workspace, your company's account in the new Clockspot, from the active setup above. It signs you in and starts your free trial. Your clockspot.app account and its history stay exactly as they were. The page lists what to check next: employee names, roles, and pay details; jobs, clock locations, balances, and policies; then a test with one manager or employee before you invite the rest of your team. Choose Open imported workspace.
- 2:07Your people, pay, and jobs are already in place
- This is your new Clockspot workspace, signed in as the owner. Your business name and time zone are already set. To see the imported employees, select Manage employees and invitations. Everyone active in your current account is listed with the same roles: the owner, an administrator, and the employees. To check jobs and pay, open Settings from the menu on the left, then Jobs. Every active job is here with its code and phone code. The duplicate name from the preview now includes its job code, so the two stay distinct. Back in Settings, Employee Pay shows each person’s pay type, rate, and pay schedule, ready for payroll.

- Your setup is already in place: your people, their pay, and your jobs. Invite your team when you are ready. Until then, your clockspot.app account stays open and works as before.

誰可以開始移轉
只有 Clockspot.app 帳戶的擁有者。當你的帳戶可以移轉時，登入後左側選單會出現 New Clockspot（新版 Clockspot）通知，Billing（帳單）頁面底部也有同樣的通知和 See what would move（查看會移轉的內容）按鈕。
預覽你的帳戶
- 以擁有者身分登入公司在 Clockspot.app 上的位址。
- 在左側選單開啟 Billing。
- 選擇 See what would move。
Clockspot 會開啟你帳戶的私密預覽。預覽是唯讀的：目前什麼都還沒有移轉，私密連結會在 30 分鐘後自動失效。頁面頂端會顯示預覽對應的帳戶，以及是否可以匯入。如果需要先在 Clockspot.app 中修正某些內容，頁面會說明，修正之前無法匯入。
四個數字分別是將要移轉的在職員工、工作項目、打卡地點和休假類型。Review these settings in your new workspace（在新工作區檢查這些設定）列出會改變或需要重新設定的內容，例如：
- 兩個同名的工作項目，會透過為其中一個加上工作代碼來區分。
- 新版電話打卡無法使用的工作電話代碼會留空。
- 已核准的瀏覽器需要重新核准，電話和打卡機 PIN 會基於安全考量重設。
- 停用的員工會留在 Clockspot.app 的封存中。
匯入你的設定
選擇 Import and start 30-day trial（匯入並開始 30 天試用）。Clockspot 會依預覽中顯示的使用中設定建立你的新工作區，也就是公司在新版 Clockspot 中的帳戶，然後以擁有者身分讓你登入，並開始 30 天免費試用。你的 Clockspot.app 帳戶及其歷史紀錄保持原樣。
頁面接著會列出下一步要檢查的內容。選擇 Open imported workspace（開啟已匯入的工作區）進入新工作區。
檢查匯入的設定
密碼、PIN 和裝置核准在新工作區中重新開始。準備好後，邀請你的員工，讓他們可以登入。在此之前，你的 Clockspot.app 帳戶保持開放，照常使用。
常見問題
- 我一定要移轉嗎？
不必。Clockspot.app 會繼續使用，除非你決定匯入，否則什麼都不會改變。預覽可以隨時反覆開啟。
- 匯入後我的 Clockspot.app 帳戶會怎樣？
它會連同歷史紀錄一起保持開放，因此在團隊切換期間可以兩邊同時使用。
- 會聯絡我的員工嗎？
預覽和匯入都不會。只有當你從新工作區邀請員工時，他們才會收到 Clockspot 的通知。
- 可以匯入兩次嗎？
不可以。匯入後如果再次選擇 See what would move，Clockspot 會讓你重新登入已經建立的工作區，而不會再次匯入。
