How does the free trial work?

Can staff clock in from a house phone?

Yes. Staff can call in with their employee ID and PIN. You can limit phone-call clock-ins to approved phone numbers.

Can I control where employees clock in?

Yes. For employees clocking in through their own accounts, you can allow only approved GPS areas, office networks, or browsers. Phone-call clock-ins can be limited to approved phone numbers. See clock-in controls.

Can Clockspot handle overnight shifts?

Yes. A shift can start one evening and end the next morning. Clockspot calculates the recorded hours across midnight.

Does this replace our EVV or care system?

No. Clockspot tracks employee hours for payroll review. Keep using your required EVV and care systems for visit, clinical and billing records.

Will it work with my payroll system?

Export approved hours, then import the file into QuickBooks Desktop, ADP RUN, Gusto, Paychex, or SurePayroll. CSV is available too. Check your payroll setup with us.
