How does the free trial work?

Can staff share one time clock?

Yes. Turn a tablet or computer into a shared kiosk. Staff choose their name and use their personal PIN to clock in.

Can I control where employees clock in?

Yes. For employees clocking in through their own accounts, you can allow only approved GPS areas, office networks, or browsers. Phone-call clock-ins can be limited to approved phone numbers. See clock-in controls.

What if someone forgets to clock out?

An employee can request a correction and explain what happened. You review the change before approving their hours.

Does Clockspot replace our childcare software?

No. Clockspot handles employee timekeeping. Keep your existing system for child attendance, parent billing and licensing records.

Will it work with my payroll system?

Export approved hours, then import the file into QuickBooks Desktop, ADP RUN, Gusto, Paychex, or SurePayroll. CSV is available too. Check your payroll setup with us.
