What happens at the end of my trial?
At any time, you’re free to upgrade to a plan that’s best for your business. If you choose not to upgrade at the moment, your account will become inactive, but your data stays protected in case you plan to upgrade later on.
I don't track my own time. Do I still have to pay?
Yes. Employees (users that track their time) and admins (users that manage employees and timesheets) are both considered users for the purpose of billing.
How are payments made?
After your free trial, you can choose to activate your account with a credit card. We will automatically bill you every month based on how many employees you have. You can cancel your account hassle-free at any time. There are no long-term contracts, and no cancellation fees.

Clockspot gives you the option to clock in from a toll free number, perfect for mobile workers and employees in the field. Employees simply call our automated telephony system, and follow the instructions to clock in.
